We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. All returns require pre-authorization by contacting customer service department at 800-370-0970 for approval and appropriate product return address.
All returns must be received within 30 days of date of invoice. All returns must be sent prepaid. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend you use a traceable service and consider insurance to protect you from loss or damage. We are not responsible for your return shipment. You will be charged up to a 20% restocking fee on approved returned items.
All returns must be sent UPS or FedEx. This is the only accepted method for returning merchandise.
Important: Items which have been installed and removed (whether used or not) are not returnable. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, parts must be in brand new condition with no installation marks or use. If you have test fitted something, and it left a bolt mark, scratch, or other indication of installation, no refund or exchange is available. Parts must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed less the restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 48 hours after inspection is complete. Refund can take a few days to show back up in your account.
