If an item ordered is out of stock we will call you to let you know. Also, orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery. Please provide a shipping address where there is someone to sign for your package(s) and an accurate daytime phone number. Do not enter a PO Box for your delivery address-UPS only delivers to a street address. Failure to do so will result in order processing delays.
If you need your package shipped air, you must call our sales desk at 1-800-370-0970. Air freight is extremely expensive and the charges must be approved before we will ship your order.
All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped air freight and you will be called to approve these charges before you order is shipped. We do not ship to Canada or any points outside the United States.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Orders placed on the weekend or
holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time is determined by your location and where the item is shipped from. Refer to the shipping map provided on the product page to determine transit time for that product.
